A corporation’s bylaws contain the rules for the actual running of the corporation, and provide the rules and regulations required for a group to run efficiently and effectively. The bylaws regulate the conduct of directors, officers, and shareholders and set forth rules governing internal affairs. They can include definitions of management’s duties, as well as times, locations, and voting procedures for meetings that affect the corporation.
After all is said and done, they are an essential part of the Stratford Area Watershed Improvement Group, and have been placed on this website for anyone to view. If you have any questions, concerns or comments regarding SAWIG’s bylaws, please contact Kelley at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 902-367-3605.
