Many times over the last 3 years SAWIG has been asked “What IS a watershed, anyway?”. This is a signal that much more education is needed in explaining what a watershed is, and how it impacts every aspect of our lives.
We have devised a brochure that will summarize what a watershed is, how it’s often impacted, what can be done to help our local watersheds, and the importance of our watershed groups. Enjoy!
